Acceptance of Terms: By booking our surf retreat services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in our retreat.

Booking and Payment: Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due [specify timeframe, e.g., 30 days before the retreat start date]. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Accommodation and Surfing Lessons: Our surf retreat package includes [describe accommodation details, surfing lessons, and any other inclusions]. Any additional services or activities not included in the package are the responsibility of the participant.

Health and Safety: Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in surfing activities. We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals deemed unfit for surfing or other physical activities.

Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with surfing and other outdoor activities and agree to release us from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the retreat.

Cancellation by Participant: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the retreat start date: Full refund of the remaining balance, minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund of the remaining balance.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit, will be provided.

Travel Insurance: Participants are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow participants, staff, and local residents. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in expulsion from the retreat without refund.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in the retreat location.
